Welcome to Ghazal Gift. By accessing our services and purchasing our products (Beauty, Watches, Perfumes, Airpods, Suits, and Customized Gifts), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Placement & Customization

  • Accuracy: For Customized Mugs and Wallets, the customer is responsible for providing the correct spelling, name, or image. Once the customization process begins, changes cannot be made.

  • Size Guides: For Ladies and Gents Suits, please refer to our size charts. We are not responsible for fitting issues if the size ordered matches the size delivered.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Payment Methods: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. For high-value customized orders, a partial advance payment may be required.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–7 working days. Customized items may take an additional 2–3 days for production.

  • Verification: We may call or message you to confirm your order. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled after 48 hours.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged product (e.g., a broken mug or watch), you must provide an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Perfumes (if opened), Beauty products (due to hygiene), and Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or wrong.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the order is dispatched.

5. Product Representation

  • While we strive for accuracy, the actual colors of Suits or Watches may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Ghazal Gift shall not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages resulting from the use of our products (e.g., skin allergies from perfumes or beauty items). Customers are advised to check product ingredients/specifications.
