Return & Refund Policy – Ghazal Gift

At Ghazal Gift, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any issues.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video is required for any claims regarding damaged or missing items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized Items: Customized mugs and wallets (unless there is a printing error from our side).

  • Beauty & Perfumes: For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product is used.

  • Electronics: Airpods can only be returned if they are dead-on-arrival (DOA).

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong suit size or watch color), contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days.

  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our team. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size in Suits), the customer will bear the two-way shipping charges.

6. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video/Photos.
